Refrigerator making a buzzing noise ever since being moved Appliances

Hi all,

A couple of weeks ago my roommate spilled some caramel on the counter next to the fridge and some of it trickled down the crack between the counter and the fridge, so we pulled the refrigerator out of its nook to clean it and then pushed it back. Ever since then, the fridge has been making an almost non-stop buzzing sound. I would say the buzzing is going on something like 80-90% of the time. On seemingly random occasions I find it quiet.

What happened and how can I fix it? Thanks!
