Is there a list of stations where we can feed in our old paper Metro fare cards to add value to our Smart Trip cards? washingtondc

I found a bunch of old paper farecards at my friend's house and she said I could have them. This morning at Rockville I tried to feed them to a fare machine to add value to my Smart Trip but it didn't work. I missed two trains while the station manager made a couple of phone calls to figure out where I could turn them in. Ideally I don't want to take an extra trip to scan them in. Is there a list of stations that have the "brown, refrigerator-sized" machines that can still do this?
