If leaving food outside the refrigerator causes bacteria to flourish, then how come my roommates aren't dead?
They leave out pots of beef, shrimp, chicken, and fish and eat it days later and they're fine. They don't even get sick. What the hell is the deal?
It makes me feel like an idiot for cautiously preparing and storing my food "correctly".
