Recipe [plus request]: Tuna (and the kitchen sink) Sandwich EatCheapAndHealthy

Hey ECAH!

So I have for a long time been a fan of the simple tuna sandwich (tuna, mayonnaise, pepper on toast with some sort of cheese, add lettuce/tomato if desired). Last week I randomly decided to start adding ingredients just to use them up in my refrigerator and I have fallen in love with the sandwich all over again! Today I was out of mayonnaise so I decided to take a risk and use ranch to get the proper consistency. It is like a whole new sandwich. I had to come here to share.

Here is my most recent invention:

-Tuna mixed with:

--Ranch dressing (!), ground black pepper, cumin

--Toast 2 slices of bread, at the end melt mozzarella (or other) cheese onto the bread

--Put the tuna on one slice. On the other slice, add spicy brown mustard and then put them together and enjoy. (lettuce and tomato optional)

My request: does anyone else have any fun tuna sandwich ingredients that have enhanced their experience? Thanks!
