My parents were given a smoked ham from the Amana colonies a few days before Christmas and put it in their extra refrigerator and forgot about it. Is there any way it is still good? There isn't an expiration date. It has sodium phosphate, sodium erthorbate, and sodium nitrate;its smoked and fully cooked and vacuum packed (and it is not bulging or puffed up with air). The refrigerator is at a fairly constant 34 F.
