Cooked chicken left on warm overnight. Is it safe to eat? slowcooking

So last night I cooked some chicken fajitas in the slow cooker and left it on warm while we ate. I forgot about it and left it on warm overnight (with the lid on).

This morning when I was getting ready I saw it and put it into the refrigerator before leaving, I did not think to check the temperature but there was a little bit of charring around the edge of the pot.

Is this still safe to eat or should I throw it out?
