I am on low iodine diet so I can't eat egg and cheese, what can I use to get similar aroma and texture for pasta sauce? AskCulinary

I live in dorm so my method mainly consist of boiling everything(pasta and veggies) in one pot, and add more ingredients (olive oil, tomato, seasoning, or egg and cheese) after pouring the water out. Now I can't use eggs and cheese, what can I use to get that taste and thick texture?
Oh and we don't have refrigerator.
