Any ideas for someone that wants to make easy weight loss recipes in the office for lunch? Office has a ton of refrigerator/freezer space I can take advantage of and a microwave. I suppose I could do meal prep at home if it lasts me a few days at the office. Looking to keep it super simple so that I can make it at work within 5-10 minutes.
My recent go-to recipes have been: 1) cauliflower rice, chicken, guac, sriracha 2) tuna, guac, sriracha
