i’m dumb and put a refrigerator temp stick of butter in some sugar to cream it before reading it should have been room temp. rookie mistake i know. what can i do? the bowl is metal. i was thinking of sticking it in my pre heated oven for a couple seconds at a time but i could see this majorly backfiring.
ps this is for an upside down cranberry cake.
