I'm looking for a suitable person to rent out my living room space, someone who either goes to school or works full time, preferably in their 20-30s, and no pets. I do, however, live with one cat and she's hypoallergenic so don't worry about allergies. The apartment a 1 bedroom the living room will be completely yours it's fully furnished so please bring minimal furniture. There's a futon in the living room you're welcome to so long as you bring your own bed sheets.
Rent is $600 which includes ALL utilities and WiFi is set up. There is a kitchen with an oven and refrigerator as well as a shared bathroom, and hardwood floors. Rent is month to month, and would prefer at least four months. Lots of space. Gym and pool included. Just be a sane, moderately clean human being and we'll get along just fine. It's available starting on December 20th.
Right in the heart of Hollywood, walkable distance to the metro and bus stops, very close to grocery stores. There's also a great coffee & doughnut shop, convenience store, and couple of restaurants on the same block.
