I use BIAB to brew. I use a 16 gal kettle. I have been using an RV filter attached to an RV water hose (I want to start building up RO water and just got a ph meter to help.) I use buckets for fermentation. I recently bought a full size refrigerator with temp controller. I'm always looking for ways to be a better brewer. What would you all add? Thanks
