I've got an old refrigerator with small space heater inside, and it's controlled via an Inkbird STC-1000, it's installed in my garage, and it generally works great, however now that winter is here, the temperature is much lower, I'm getting massive temperature fluctuations in my chamber because the space heater heats things up too fast. I've been attaching the temp probe to the side of the carboy with some tape over it to insulate it slightly. Any ideas what I can do to make the temperature more regular?
