Is it okay to leave salted cabbage prepped for kimchi in the fridge overnight? (x-post from /r/kimchi) KoreanFood

So I screwed up and started salting and letting my kimchi sit, and when I went to make my kimchi sauce/blend with my food processor, I remembered my food processor is broken. Will the cabbage be okay overnight in my refrigerator or is this going to make my kimchi taste bad?
