edit: You will notice the price difference between this sublet post of $2650 and my original post of $2975. The price difference is the management has raised the lease so if you were to sign a new lease it would be $2975. However, if you wished to sublet the unit then it would be $2650.
Oh, I have a parking spot and it is on the 1st floor of a 4 floor parking garage. It's literally the best spot in the building. Parking is $200 extra and laundry in unit is $50 extra. It would be upto you if you want to add these features on!
