LPT: Move your condiments to the crisper drawer and the veggies to the top shelves of the refrigerator. LifeProTips

My SO and I started doing this a few weeks ago in conjunction with buying 90% vegetables during our weekly grocery trips.

We simultaneously cut down the clutter of dozens of salsas, jams, and sauces and eat much healthier because every time we open the fridge we see spinach, cauliflower, squash, etc and remember to incorporate it in our meal planning. Rather than forgetting about vegetables and letting them go to waste, we forget we have teriyaki and bbq sauce (which has a much longer life span) and don't rely on it so much to make our food taste good. This helps with food waste while keeping us from adding several hundred calories to each meal with sauces.

TLDR: Less clutter, veggies don't go to waste, feel better.
