Hi everyone!
I was experimenting with the few things in my refrigerator today and I made a mess of onions and mushrooms with sausage in a beer and butter sauce. It smelled great, but I accidentally used a very bitter beer which ruined the whole thing. Can anyone recommend a good beer to use for something like this in the future?
