Question about wich filtered water is better. water

I live in southern Nevada. Im about to move into a new house and we are curious about this. We dont like to buy water bottles.

But wich is the better option. A refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser built in (im assuming it depends in the type of fridge and filter or are they all kind of similar? ??) , a britta filter that attaches to sink faucet (this is probably the worst but we do happen to own one) , or a water cooler using 5 gallon jugs ??

Im hoping the refrigerator filter is good enough. If not we'll probably go with water cooler. Ive heard where I live in Nevada, the water has a lot of florid or maybe thats everywhere. Or just misinformation.

Any tips, advice, or general facts would greatly be appreciated. Thank guys have a good one!
