On vacation at a lake house. Without thinking, I grabbed a beer out of the refrigerator, opened it and nearly took sip before realizing, "holy shit, what am I doing?"
What's crazy is that I didn't even notice what I was doing until the bottle was open and approaching my mouth. This is my first sober vacation, so I think my mind just associated vacation with booze. Strange to think these unconscious habits still exist in my head.
