Hey guys,
I picked up one of those big 10 lb bags of chicken breasts a few days ago, and set it to thaw in my fridge. My fridge was way too cold (just moved in), so I reduced the temperature. and now the chicken breasts are semi-thawed, with a pool of water at the bottom of the ziplock bag. This seems unsafe to me, but I'm not sure how else refrigerator thawing is supposed to work.
Any info would be appreciated!
