Curing chamber electrical question (searched) Charcuterie

Hey all, I know these are frowned upon without searching, but I couldn't find anything on it with the search bar. I'm assuming it's because my understanding of electrical is thin. All of the temperature controllers I see recommended are 110v, but refrigerators I look at are all 115v. Is this an issue?
