I'm trying to find a way to keep fermentation cooler. Would this product get the job done? Do you just place that metal rod into the fermenter, and set the temperature? Sounds like an increased risk for infection. http://ift.tt/25OHaxE
I'm trying to find an alternative to buying a separate refrigerator, and the bucket full of water method may not be as cold as id like. Thanks!
