side by side door models with freezer below- ice is still being made, but neither ice nor water is being dispensed, it is as if a door is not shut completely, nothing is in the way of the doors and they're shutting and sealing properly for both fridge and freezer...for a while this was intermittant but now nothing...we have even unplugged unit momentarily
