You won't be able to find a 1-bedroom apartment anywhere else with this much space, walkability, IN-UNIT (not coin-operated!) washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. But this apartment isn't just anywhere -- it's right across the street from Northeastern. Summer job, summer classes, summer research? This is the ideal spot. I would absolutely be staying here if I hadn't gotten a job out-of-state.
Huge living room area, well-maintained and clean carpet, shower/bathtub, kitchen with all full-size appliances (no mini-fridges here!), dishwasher, fast and effective washer/dryer, enormous bedroom closet, easy access to back patio for grilling, plenty of space for queen bed. Cats + other small animals ok with written consent from landlord (easy).
Apartment could also be lived in by a couple, or a pair of roommates.
2-minute walk to Ruggles, easy bus access, street parking on Columbus but not provided.
