Hey all. I haven't frequented this sub too often, but i'm subscribed and I've seen the questions that get asked, as well as how helpful you all are. I was hoping you could help me out.
I'm a truck driver. I'm in the truck for anywhere from a week to two weeks at a time, and truck stops are extremely expensive. I have a refrigerator in my sleeper, as well as a 12v stove you plug into a DC outlet. That's about it. I was hoping you guys could recommend meals for me that aren't too expensive, tasty, don't take long to prepare, and isn't PB&J sandwiches ☺️
