What are cheap, relatively healthy, easy to pack food that I can eat while I travel? budgetfood

Hello,

I'm going to be traveling the next week- including 20 hours on a train- and will not have access to refrigerators. Is there anything I can eat other then fruit and peanut butter sandwiches that won't break the bank (I'm also a vegetarian).
