We are two 24 year olds looking to rent a room to an individual or couple in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Dublin.
About the place: Total rent is $2,500 which will be split two ways making it $1,250 for each of us. This is well below the rest of the market. However the lease will only allow for two people to sign for it, so even if you're a couple an individual must qualify to pay the $1250 by yourself. Move in date is July 1st. As mentioned it is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, meaning you'll be getting a private bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom plus a shared small bedroom to be used as a study and occasional guest room. The unit is in the most optimal location seeing as it's on the top floor on a corner and the only shared wall is with a utility closet.

About us: We are super low key and easygoing. A typical night for us is spent making a delicious meal and watching Netflix. We may destroy the kitchen in the process, but we're hygienic and if the mess isn't cleaned up that night it will be in the morning. I work in the alcoholic beverage industry so I know how to have a good time drinking the best stuff while holding my liquor (and also means a large capacity wine refrigerator is available for your use). My girlfriend is fun and equally as easygoing and gets along with pretty much anybody.
About you: not necessarily looking to be best friends but courtesy and respect are the main qualities we seek. We'd like someone with whom to shoot the shit and grab a beer, not have ragers every week.
Since the move-in date isn't until July we're hoping to meet with you before hand to make sure we mesh well. This will also allow you to get a chance to see the place beforehand although some of the furniture will be different. If this sounds appealing we'd love to hear from you!
