I usually use the Philadelphia brand. I forgot to put my cream cheese away over night, so it sat out all night. I don't notice any microbial growth and it smells normal. I've done this before and the cream cheese was fine, so I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes cream cheese to go bad outside the refrigerator.
