Im currently brewing my first batch of kombucha, but I realized I have absolutely no place that's warm enough for it. My house sits around 63-67, and I don't have anywhere in my house that stays relatively warm... Next to my water heater is even pretty cool and the top of the refrigerator isn't warm at all either. Although this time of year, my garage will get to about 75-80 degrees for a few hours in the middle of the day, BUT at night it cools down to the high 50s. Not sure what to do with it. Any advice? If I just keep it in my house, how much slower will the process be?
