I'm currently looking for 3 potential roommates to live with me in this newly remodeled apartment. There are two actual rooms available and one living room that we are converting to a room that has balcony access!
A little about me, I'm a 29 year old man looking for cool chill roommates, boy or girl, that are responsible, honest, and tidy! I'm an SF native, thats been living in NYC for the last two years. In my spare time I enjoy art, music, video games, riding my bike, hanging out with friends, traveling, relaxing and eating pizza. I currently own a couple of online businesses and am planning to move back to SF to start on my newest project. I would consider myself a very mindful roommate that is respectful and conscious of other peoples needs and privacy.
The apartment is conveniently located near a bunch of grocery outlets, shopping, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Japantown is just a few blocks away and has a bunch of great food and a movie theater. Polk street is a couple blocks in the other direction and also has great food, bars, and nightlife. Marina, Downtown, NOPA, Hayes Valley, North Beach, and other neighborhoods are all relatively close by.
I'm looking for a perspective Oct. 15th- Nov. 1st. move-in date.

This unit comes recently remodeled with dishwasher, hardwood floors, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, granite tops, and a large balcony.
The owners pay for water and garbage.
Unfortunately there are no pets!
Parking is available at an additional cost.
Laundry is located on the premise.
Easy access to various Muni Bus lines 1, 2, 3, 22, 47, 49.
