---Qualifications & Expectations---

• Exhibit outstanding guest service skills and a strong sense of urgency - previous food/pizza experience a plus but not a requirement. MUST love people & love to smile
• Possess a relentless work ethic and positive attitude
• Learn to rapidly build, bake, & serve outstandingly delicious pizzas, pour pints of local craft beer, make simple local cocktails, and scoop authentic gelatos with a determined enthusiasm
• Be able to stand for 5+ hours, occasionally lift 30+ pounds, efficiently utilize a POS system, fluently read, write, & speak English
• Be consistently professional, respectful, & solution oriented
• Work a flexible schedule of 20 hours a week or more
• Seek to make each day memorable, make every guest special, and take pride in all their work

---Duties & Responsibilities---

• Supports the owner, managers, and fellow team members in the successful operation of the restaurant.
• Prepares a variety of menu items in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Knows and complies with consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Takes food safety very seriously and maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, refrigerators, & ovens.
• Assists in food prep, cleaning, and opening or closing the restaurant.
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.

---Duties & Responsibilities (Team Leader)---

• All of the above.
• Ability to smile and provide great service in the face of an upset guest or group of guests.
• Assumes 100% responsibility of the action of the entire team on shift.
• Must be ready to set a strong example for the team, while demonstrating proficient leadership abilities.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary store, including the back of house.
• Requires strong organizational and relational skills.
