I have a potluck coming up as a goodbye for a staff who’s paleo. The potluck is in the afternoon , but I have a 4 hour conference right before the potluck. I have access to a microwave and refrigerator in the morning before the conference starts. The staff member is also diabetic. What are everyone’s easy or go-to potluck recipes?
