Bought a new to freezer refrigerator for the first time in 20 years; the freezer keeps running and I've heard some clicking noise earlier, a few hours after installation and the delivery people left. Every time I open the freezer, a huge cloud of visible cold air falls out and ice has already formed in the back. The setting is currently at the recommended setting. One of the drawers was broken upon arrival but they said they can replace it with a new one so I accepted the appliance assuming it's fine since it's just a plastic drawer. Is there anything wrong with my new refrigerator? Do I need to have them take it back?
