If I pressurise a cornelius keg at a room temperature for a week to a higher pressure, disconnect the CO2 and then cool the keg in a refrigerator - how long will it take for the extra CO2 to dissolve properly? I ask because I need to start carbonating some cider right now but don't have a way to pressurise at serving temperature yet.
Also if I transport kegs by car at room temperature, how long should kegs sit in a refrigerator before serving?
