What are your worst owners/managers stories? My owner might be one of the dumbest people I've ever met. Examples:

on several occasions he's disregarded our need for ice and allowed the bar to run out completely essentially making it just beer and shots even though we could've easily gone and bought store ice.

claims I'm incompetent and there is theft if a bottle from the liquor room is moved without his knowledge or approval (he's constantly out of contact)

believes his customers and friends instead of his own managers and disregards decisions management makes like cutting off drunk people and allows them to keep drinking and endangering the public when they attempt to drive home. I've personally had to intercept a stumbling woman from starting her lifted dodge truck and driving home.

gets drunk and takes over the karaoke mic and sloppily sings his favorite songs and then blames the bar when people start leaving.

blames the bar when the karaoke jockey quits because of aforementioned behavior

claims labor is killing his business when he writes the schedule but blames his managers for high labor.

gets drunk and yells at his staff about small offenses like how the limes are a little brown on the edges.
-
schedules special events for large groups at odd hours and wont tell anyone until the morning of or night before when no one has been scheduled.

orders enormous rounds of free shooters that takes time when we are slammed and then bitches when his customers get neglected.

has zero refrigerators in the main bar and bitches when his bartenders has to constantly run to the walkin for cold beer.
Sorry for the rant. Tomorrow is my last day with this place. Thank the gods.
