Howdy folks, we have an open room (with private attached bath) to rent in a large 4BR apartment at 605 W Green St in Urbana, just a few blocks away from the Union. Monthly rate is only $650, including all utilities (water/electric/internet/cable/heat). Current occupants are 3 male grad students (all MatSE). Apartment comes fully furnished, with loads of common space including kitchen (with 2 full sized refrigerators), two living rooms, small home gym area, washer/dryer in unit, and a second floor balcony + grill space. An off-street parking spot is also available, and we're within 100ft of a Green line bus stop.
The lease would start on August 1 (we can work out a late July move-in if that works better), running through to August 5 2017
