I'm looking for a subleaser for my place starting July 1st and the lease ends at the end of August. The place is off 101 and Melrose and its a room on the 1st floor of a house. It's a pretty big room, I want to say 15ftx10ft. It's a 5 bedroom, 5bathroom, 5kitchen house that comes with a parking spot and a washer/dryer in the unit for $880+ utilities. That's right, you get your own bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and toaster oven. Honestly this is probably one of the best deals in LA. Full disclosure the house is old and has a lot of signs of aging. On the plus side it has everything you could want in a place and you would only be locked into the lease for a few months. Have to be ok with gay roommates, currently living with 5 other people.
