Hi everyone!
I'm a little unsure about the number of paid assistants you need for a wedding. We will have a DIY semi-cold buffet made by our closest friends and family and a "bar"-place where you go to pick up your drinks yourself. Our plan is to have two paid assistants over the course of 12 hours.
One will be sitting in front of the refrigerator trailer and giving out drinks to the guests. The majority of the drinks will be in bottles (including beer) The other one will be busy with food related stuff over the course of the day. Preparing buffet table, collecting dirty dishes, converting buffet table for cake and cookies, collecting empty bottles and keep things clean generally.
(The tables for the guests will be in the courtyard of the venue and the buffet on the inside of a near located coach house. The "bar" will be a refridgerator trailer with a table in front of it, also in the courtyard.)
Any advice or experiance reports are highly appreciated.
