Over the next 4 weeks I am going to be taking a night class that will be 4 hours per night after my regular work shift. I will barely have turnaround time and won't have access to a refrigerator or a microwave, and I don't want to eat fast food. Does anyone have suggestions for nutritious, healthy meal replacement bars?
