Looking to start a Restaurant vegan

Many of our dishes are vegan, some of them are not.

What do I need to do to respect the dishes from any cross contamination?

  • Separate grills no problem

  • Gloves no problem

  • Utensils no problem

  • May even be able to separate refrigerators

Should I consider that because we have meat in the restaurant that I should not even cater to a Vegan?

Not sure if it would be any cosulation, but we intend to only purchase meats from certified farms for animal treatment.
