I am subletting my apartment from June 1st to August 31st of 2016. The room and the apartment in general are very large (that is a Queen sized bed in the pic). The apartment has two refrigerators and two full bathrooms. You will be sharing the apartment with 4 people who keep to themselves for the most part. This house also features a balcony and a coin-operated laundry room in the basement.
There is a Wholefoods 2 blocks away. Access to 3 Green line trains: B (4 min walk), C (6 min walk), D (10 min walk) The room is 16x14 feet. It will be $800/month. Utilities tend to be $30-$40 a month. Parking is available for free all around the area for MA plates, or $100/mo for using the garage.
If you'd like us to hold the apartment for you, bring a check for $250. Once you're accepted in a few days, then the remaining $1350 ($550 first month + $800 last month) is due.
