LPG plumbing question Plumbing

Not necessarily plumbing question but I'm sure someone here will know the answer.

We have a small off grid "resort" and are in the process of putting in a commercial kitchen.

Currently in the building that we will be using there is a propane supply from 2x 100lb bottles, through a regulator (not sure of the exact pressure) but it is obviously set to the correct pressure to run a standard residential propane stove & a propane refrigerator.

The lines in the building are 1/4" copper tubing.

The commercial range that we are installing came with its own regulator which has a 7/8" inlet/outlet, and our deep fryer has the same size inlet and requires a regulator from 10-14" of water column.

My question is, will the existing line be able to provide the gas volume for these new appliances or should It be replumbed with black iron then flex lines to the appliances?

Additionally should we be running one regulator at the tanks for the whole building or regulators for each individual appliance, and if thats the case should we install some sort of regulator at the tank anyway?

I understand this is probably a job for a gas fitter, however due to the location of the property this is unrealistic. I am very mechanically able, as well as a pressure welder and am just looking for some recommendations.

Thanks in advance.
