NEC question - Kitchen receptacle placements electricians

We are rewiring our kitchen, and our receptacle placements for both countertops (2 feet/4 feet) and the walls (6 feet/12 feet) fit to code from what we've done so far, but there is a fourth wall that I am unsure of how to handle. It is essentially 15 feet of nothing but pantry cabinets and a refrigerator. Even if we put receptacles on the wall, they would be unreachable as the pantry would be in the way, and putting them on the floor or in front of the underside of the pantry would still make them more than 18 inches from the wall. That particular wall is also a brick wall. Any thoughts on this? Is it still necessary to put receptacles along the wall?

Thanks!
