Finally cracked the code on London Broil (132 for 12 hours) sousvide

Cooked the meat in Soyaki (Teriyaki + Soy Sauce) in a ziploc bag. Meat was delicious, perfectly medium rare and very juicy. Ate half of the London Broil for dinner, put the other half back in the bag (with the liquid) in the refrigerator. Sliced the rest of the roast the next day (when cold), and it was still juicy, delicious and perfect diced and served over a green salad.
