Why aren't vacuum chambers used more often to insulate our food, instead of a energy-gobbling refrigerator? AskPhysics

I never figured this out. Perhaps it's very expensive, requires a lot of material, much more reinforced walls for a fridge to keep out air. But for sure, this would require much less energy. What do you think?
