Refrigerator problem Homebrewing

Greetings,

Not directly related to brewing, but perhaps someone here has had a similar experience and can provide some advice.

I have a spare refrigerator in a detached garage that I use for cold crashing carboys post fermentation. I usually unplug it and leave the doors propped open when not in use. Over the last year of brewing, this hasn't been an issue. I have had a carboy sitting in the fridge for 4 days, and the temperature is still sitting at ~62 °F according to the strip on the carboy. It would usually be between 40-50°F by this point, and the chamber doesn't feel very cool. The freezer on the other hand, does appear to be working.

I am wondering if I tripped a fuse or messed something else up over the course of the year? Any advice is welcome.

Thanks!
