The heat of summer has arrived and I work on my feet with very hot machinery in poorly climate controlled warehouse. I have access to a refrigerator and a freezer. Fans, unfortunately, are not an option, but I'm fortunate enough to be wearing short sleeves and shorts.
Even if it doesn't apply to my situation specifically, would y'all share some tips for beating the heat on the clock?
