Closing on house in two weeks, would it be ill advised to open a new credit card before closing? personalfinance

Just some basic info: Wife and I are closing on our first home in two weeks. We are putting 5% down on a $300k home and financing the rest. The home does not come with refrigerator, washer and dryer so we would need to buy these items. Since we are doing some concrete work and changing the flooring in the bedrooms (all paid with cash) I would like to take advantage of a 0% financing for the appliances to keep a little more liquid cash on hand. The appliances will be paid off before interest kicks in. I am not sure how the mortgage process works but I know our credits have been pulled and the rate is locked in so I am wondering if I order the appliances before close (in order to try and get them shortly after we close) if it would possibly affect the mortgage. Some quick financial info: our credit scores are 790 and 775. We have 0 credit card debt (roughly 50k in credit if that matters). Total student loans of $20k and a $23k car loan. Combined salary of ~165k.
