What to do when customers demand questions to answers that don't make any sense? talesfromcallcenters

Customer is asking a question based on a false premise and demands an answer repeatedly. Then tells me I don't know how to do my job. Lol. I almost pulled the ole, "OK, WELL CAN YOU OPEN YOUR REFRIGERATOR AND REMOVE THE ICE TRAY." NOW DROP THE ICE ON THE FLOOR AND MAKE SURE THE FRONT DOORS LOCKED. NOW TURN ON THE RADIO AND TUNE TO 107.4 FOR THE ANSWER. HAVE A GREAT DAY BYE"
