Weekly Discussion - Cooking in a Cramped Kitchen AskCulinary

Many of us have challenging cooking situations due to tiny little kitchens. How do you deal with severely limited counter, cabinet, pantry, and refrigerator space? When you can only fit a few pots and pans, which do you choose? How do you store your spices? How do you cook when you have no place to store leftovers?
