I made a vinegar bbq sauce and that biggest ingredient in it is apple cider vinegar. It was also simmered for 30 minutes. Is it now necessary to can it so that it will be self stable? The recipe says it can stay in the refrigerator for a week but I want to preserve it longer than that.
